The Perfect Gift

A personalized cornhole set can make the perfect gift for a wedding, anniversary, or just because. We have created sets to be as special and unique as the families they have been gifted to. Here are a few that we have done recently.

This unique set was made for an engagement gift. The happy couple is getting married in Hawaii! We blended three different stains to get this beach inspired look.

This gift was created to show off the hometown love of this couple and their name once they tie the knot very soon! Congratulations!

We also had the privilege of creating this set for a family who have learned sign language to help the deaf. What an amazing gift for an amazing family.

Not Just a Candle Holder

One of our awesome followers found this candle holder online and fell in love, except they could not find it anywhere to buy. So they came to us. They made a few tweaks in the original design (they wanted it to hold a votive instead of just a tealight) and we went to work. We love how this design highlights the wood grains in the variety of wood we layer to make this candle holder. A nice bonus is that it also holds a small box of matches!

Stay at Home & Play at Home

We have had the opportunity to create some very beautiful cornhole sets recently. Here are a few of our favorites to give you some ideas.

This striped set really stands out with the blue stain.

If you are from the Buffalo area you know what an important number 716 is. The gray stained buffalo board is our most popular set. It is made with cedar planking for that rustic look.

This is another set that represents all things Buffalo. The Sabres and Bills colors really make these boards pop!

This set is one of our simplest. We have a much shorter lead time because the boards are left their natural color with just seal coating for protection. The decal is made of vinyl so it is not as permanent as stained or painted images, but you still get the fantastic effect. We love the western style font of the “M” on the rustic cedar boards.

Fine Furniture for Your Windows

For about a year now we have been gaining experience building shutters for Shutterworks, Inc. in Lockport, NY. As Shutterworks continued to grow they saw a need to outsource the shutter building operation. We saw that as an opportunity to grow our home-based business. Our time at home during the COVID-19 pandemic has allowed us to set up our shop to make shutters right here at home. It’s All in the Cards

New to our wedding collections is this card box. This basic design will hold 250 cards and has a magnetic closure to hold the top on. The fun part is customizing it to fit the style of your wedding:

Make it smaller to hold less cards
Is a dark stain what you are looking for? Change the color
Add the name of the bride and groom or the wedding date
Secure it with an optional hinge and lock

Any way you want it we have an option to hold all those well wishes and memories.

Get Keyed In

We love to refinish furniture and bring new life to an old piece. We stumbled across this old secretary on the web and had to have it. With much thought we decided to use a black stain on it and finish it with gold accents. The claw feet and the hidden drawers give it such character! It also has the original metal brackets that help raise and lower the front panel. Can you just imagine sitting here writing a letter? Oh wait, let’s get into the 21st century, you can hide your electronics in here and it even has a place for your cables and thumb drives.
